Happy Monday, lovelies! Hope you had a fabulous weekend. Mine was pretty low-key. The kids and I watched Jungle Cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it. Dwayne Johnson usually never fails to entertain me. One of my fave people out there. I won’t say just fave actor because he’s just a fun, positive guy all around. I enjoy following him on Instagram.
It’s another Monday, so that means another mission for the week. I finally finished my edits on The Easy Part and sent it off to my editor! Yay me! It’s always such a wonderful, accomplished feeling to finish a book. I am sooooo excited for you to read Brick and Jezebelle’s story. Brick is…🥵🔥😍 He’s not only sexy, he’s the sweetest man in the world. Maybe even sweeter than Jaxson and that’s saying something because Jaxson is pretty damn sweet. Lol
I recently asked my wonderful newsletter subscribers if I should create a drink recipe book with all the drinks mentioned in the book. There are quite a bit mentioned considering Brick owns The Corner Bar. They loved the idea! Still working on a title but leaning towards Brick’s Cocktails. 😏 *Hehe* I’ll share one of the recipes here considering the name of it. 😘
My mission this week is to get at least 5,000 words written on Holiday Hope. Totally doable. Getting close to the middle of the story, which is usually where I tend to struggle. The middle is never fun! Lol Besides that, I need to start preparing for our two week road trip we’re taking soon to see family. We haven’t seen some family in over two years, so really, really looking forward to it!
