Happy Friday! Happy 1st day of December! So I thought I’d try something new this year. The idea came to me today, so there is literally no planning that went into this. Spur of the moment kind of thing, but those can be the most fun, right?! lol I bought myself a wine advent calendar last week because wine not? It’s gonna be fun opening up a new wine every day for the next 24 days. When my youngest daughter saw it, she asked if she could have a chocolate one. Of course I’m going to if I’m having fun counting down. So all three of my kids got one. I did not want to give my son a chocolate one as he gets acid reflux bad, but when I searched for other options (like cars or something) I didn’t see anything that would work well for him. Some I saw were only 12 days too. I found that interesting to only countdown for 12 days. Perhaps that’s where this spur of the moment idea came to me. My book, Dashing Through the Fear, just happens to release on December 12. Twelve days from now. I normally like doing a countdown to release anyway, so why not make this a 12 day countdown with some fun added in.
